Rugged Performance Axles (excluding boots & clamps) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defect only.
Demon Powersports must be contacted immediately in case of the defective product received and not attempt to install or use the product.
Demon Powersports warranty does not apply to failure resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration.
Tearing a boot is not covered unless it can be shown there was a manufacturing defect.
In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and proof that there was a defect.
